About Us
Started by Marc Martyn in 1998, K &B Remodeling has been improving the value of Spokane area homes for over 11 years now. I am proud to be a small company, which allows me to keep costs lower and enables me to know my customers personally.
I was born in the Midwest, but have called Spokane my home since 1960. I graduated from Mead High School in1969. The following year, I joined the Air Force and was stationed at Beale AFB in Northern California and also on the tropical island of Guam servicing B52's. After being honorably discharged, I returned to Spokane and graduated from Spokane Falls Community College.
In 1980 I married Chiere, who is now an elementary principle in the East ValleySchool district. We have two children who reside in Washington State.
I am a fully licensed, bonded and insured general contractor. I have spent my entire career working in the maintenance and construction fields and bring many years of hands on experience to each job.
